This includes non-technical (soft skills) training, technical skills training appropriate to individual positions as well as pharmaceutical industry-specific training programmes on Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Good Pharmacovigilance Practice (GPvP). In addition, all staff have attended training on anti-bribery and corruption compliance. The total induction and training time for new employees is in excess of 40 hours.
